Refund Policy

1. No refunds
All orders placed with Sur-E-Kahani are final and non-refundable. Every song we create is a custom, made-to-order product, personalized with your names, stories and preferences. Because work on your song begins soon after your payment is confirmed, and because a personalized song cannot be resold or reused, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges once an order has been placed.
2. Please order carefully
Before placing your order, please review your chosen package, the spelling of your loved one's name, your preferred language, and the details of your story. If you notice a mistake in the details you submitted, contact us on WhatsApp at +91-9899987770 as soon as possible - if production has not yet started, we will do our best to update the details for you.
3. Lyric verification (Bestseller & Premium)
With the Bestseller and Premium packages, you review and verify the lyrics before final production. This is your opportunity to request changes so that every word is exactly right. Once you approve the lyrics and the final song is produced and delivered, no further changes or refunds are available.
4. If something goes wrong
If there is a technical problem with your delivered files (for example, a corrupted or incomplete MP3), contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will re-send working files at no charge. If we are unable to deliver your song at all for reasons on our side, we will work with you to make it right.
5. Duplicate or failed payments
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same order, or your payment fails but the amount is debited, share your transaction details with us and the duplicate/failed amount will be returned to your original payment method after verification with our bank. This is the only circumstance in which money is returned.
