1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed with Sur-E-Kahani (“we”, “us”, “our”) for personalized songs and related services. By placing an order, making a payment, or submitting content to us, you agree to these terms. 2. What you receive: Two MP3 versions
With every order, you will receive two high-quality MP3 versions of your personalized song, perfect for sharing and creating your own Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, WhatsApp Status, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content. When you order a personalized song from us, you receive more than just a song: you receive a lasting memory.
3. Watch your song on YouTube (free service)
If you would like to watch your personalized song on TV through YouTube, we can create a video of your song on our official YouTube channel free of charge. This YouTube upload service is completely free. For the video creation, you must provide your own edited photos and videos. However, this service is only possible if you give us permission in advance to make the video Public after the one-month Unlisted period described below. If you do not agree to make the video public, we will not upload a video at all, and you will receive the MP3 versions only.
4. Private viewing for one month
Your video will remain Unlisted for the first one month. During this period, only people who have the private link can watch your video. You can share this link with your family and friends.
5. Public release after one month
After one month, your personalized song video will automatically be made Public on our YouTube channel, allowing everyone to enjoy and discover your special creation. The free YouTube video service is provided only where you have given this permission in advance. By opting in, you consent to this public release and confirm that you have the right to share the photos, videos, names and stories included in the song and video. If you prefer not to make the video public, no video will be uploaded and your order will include the MP3 versions only.
6. Orders, packages and payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received via UPI or bank transfer and a valid transaction ID is submitted with your order. Package inclusions, prices and language availability are as described on our Packages page at the time of ordering. The Basic package is available in Hindi for the occasions listed on the Packages page; Bestseller and Premium packages include your choice of language and lyric verification before final production.
7. Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, stories, photos and videos you provide, and you confirm that you have permission to share them with us, including permission from any other people featured. Please do not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights; we may decline such material.
8. Original music and usage
Every song is an original creation made for your story. No templates, only real original music. You may play and share your MP3s and video link freely for personal, non-commercial use, including on your personal social media. For commercial usage rights (for example, use in advertising), please contact us for a separate agreement, or see our Songs for Companies service.
9. Revisions, delivery and refunds
On Bestseller and Premium packages, you can review and verify the lyrics before final production. Because every song is custom-made and work begins soon after your order is confirmed, refunds are generally not available once production has started. If something is not right, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
